01. Engagement Terms
By accessing CloudWireSync.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates.
Our services facilitate high-speed cloud sync operations and real-time network monitoring. Users are prohibited from utilizing these tools for any unlawful activity, including the transmission of malicious code, unauthorized data interception, or attempts to circumvent our infrastructure security measures.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime for our analytical engines, CloudWireSync reserves the right to suspend access for planned maintenance or emergency security patches. We will attempt to provide prior notice via our dashboard for any significant interruptions.
02. Proprietary Assets
All software, algorithms, visual interfaces, and data visualization formats provided through our platform remain the exclusive property of CloudWireSync. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access our dashboards for internal business monitoring only.
Algorithm Integrity
Reverse engineering of our synchronization logic or analytics scripts is strictly prohibited.
Brand Usage
The CloudWireSync logo and name are protected trademarks and require written consent for marketing use.
03. Risk Management
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudWireSync disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
"Under no circumstances shall CloudWireSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the synchronization services or data analytics insights."
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the backup of their own data before initiating large-scale cloud sync tasks and for verifying the accuracy of infrastructure reports before implementing architectural changes.
04. Terms & Law
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our network solutions.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bangkok.
